This class is suitable for women who are pregnant or up to 12 months after having your baby. It is advisable to wait until any morning sickness has settled down in early pregnancy before commencing these classes. Once you have had your baby it is required that you wait until any bleeding has ceased before entering the pool. Classes include some cardio work as well as strengthening and stretching that is beneficial for all the amazing changes that take place for your body. These classes are particularly effective in lowering blood glucose levels and assisting you to control gestational diabetes.
An assessment with our physiotherapist is required before you join our classes. A referral is not required.
