Studio pilates is suitable for new Mums from about 4-6 weeks after the birth of your baby. Classes are designed to help Mums safely build core strength and control before returning to the gym, team sports, running or other activities. Babies are welcome to attend until they are crawling and on the move! We recommend that you consult your doctor before beginning an exercise program but a referral is not required.
An assessment with our physiotherapist is required before you join our classes.
